UK delivery is £3.95 by Royal Mail and free on orders of £40 or more. Next day guaranteed delivery is £7.95. Full details are on our Delivery and Returns page.

Standard orders are dispatched within 1 working day. For next day delivery, order by 12pm Monday to Thursday. Next day orders placed on a Friday arrive on Monday, and orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery to Europe is £11.95 and to the rest of the world £14.95, and international delivery is free on orders of £60 or more. Any duties or taxes are paid to your local customs agency.

Yes. Every order, in the UK and abroad, is sent with Royal Mail on a tracked service.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. Email info@runesilk.com first and we'll tell you where to send it. Return postage is paid by you, so please package items well. Competition prizes can't be returned. See our refund policy for the full terms.

Beard oil conditions the hair and the skin underneath with no hold. Beard balm adds beeswax for light styling hold. Beard butter sits in between: richer than an oil, softer than a balm, with a little light hold and no wax. Many people use more than one.

Yes. Aether Beard Oil and Aether Beard Butter are both unscented, which suits anyone who prefers no fragrance.

All of our beard care is vegan except our beard balms, which contain beeswax. If you want a vegan alternative to balm, try one of our beard butters, which give a little light hold without wax.

Our products are made from natural butters and oils, but some of our scented products contain essential oils, which can include common allergens. If your skin is sensitive, check the ingredients list and patch test on a small area first, or start with the unscented Aether range.

No. How fast and how thickly a beard grows is mostly down to genetics, and no oil can change that. Good beard care keeps the hair soft and the skin healthy, so the beard you have looks and feels its best.

For most people two or three times a week with a gentle, SLS free beard shampoo is plenty. Washing every day strips natural oils, so follow each wash with an oil or butter.
